My dear Rena,
I can't wait to chat with you in person to share our experiences in Europe. But first, let me thank you for your support and all of the time you spent ensuring that we were comfortable. You put me first the week before the trip and treated me as if I were one of your closest friends. You were selfless with your time and energy and I want you to know your knowledge and expertise made a huge difference to us. Your voice was flowing through my head throughout the trip; eat local food, relax and enjoy the scenery, travel LIGHT! I still need to work on that. We did not travel light enough!!!
We loved Amsterdam and the tours we booked, especially the canal tours and we could see ourselves spending a week there.
In Paris, we saw the Eiffel Tower, Louvre, Notre Dam, Arc de triomphe, and Montmartre, as well as so many other interesting places. We rode the Hop on - Hop off bus (thanks to you!) through the town ending our day at a lovely outdoor restaurant where we had wine, cheese, fish and the incredible bread. The Marriott was beautiful, spacious, and the staff was very accommodating.
I would love to take you to lunch one day very soon to share our moments with you.
Please know this, the way you treated Tommy and I, who in many ways were strangers to you, speaks volumes about your character. I am your biggest advocate and will share your name with anyone who will listen. Thank you for accepting me as your friend, and thank you for your help with our trip. I know I was a nut to work with, but I am a planner and this trip was way out of my wheelhouse. I would like to take Tommy to Normandy and would love it if we could find ourselves with a tour of some kind. Please keep us in mind if you come across a group trip to France and Normandy in the future.
Rena, words do not adequately convey my heartfelt feelings for all of your support. Thank you my dear friend. I will be calling soon to schedule lunch!

We had a great vacation at the Rui Palace on Pleasure Island in the Bahamas. The all inclusive was perfect for us. The food was delicious and all the drinks were included as well. Everyone was super friendly.
Rena was phenomenal. She was quick to answer any questions for us while we will planning our trip and extremely knowledgeable. I would recommend using her. We will certainly do so again.
